So lovely, but unfortunately not perfect

I bought this one in blue on launch day, and just used it on a long weekend trip to Prauge. The bag is a perfect size, and I'm excited to use it. However, I have some issues with the bag. It feels a bit rushed and unfinished in places:
On the exterior pocket, the seams from the interior pockets are visible with a "patch" visible. Also on mine the interior zip pocket is partly "blocked" by the padding from the laptop comparment, so I have to kinda fold the padding down inside to access the stuff I put in the zip pocket.
I would also wish that the snap closure for the shoe compartment was a bit tighter. Feel like it doesn't "do much" as it is now 😣 However, I will continue to use this bag as my personal item to and from work (work on a ship, so traveling every 14 days by plane), but a little bit disappointed, since all their other products are so good.
