I really love my backpack, unfortunately it arrived with a hole in the leather on the very front. I immediately contacted customer service, and it’s been over two weeks with no response. Hopefully I hear from them soon after the holidays, and if I do I’ll update this review.

I was debating getting this bag for so long! I looked at countless leather backpacks and none compared to the elegant look or perfect size of the one that Poppy & Peonies has available. I am a law school student and it is the perfect backpack for stylish but functional and carries all my stuff without any issues. I have been using it for a few weeks now and am so happy I made this purchase!

I bought this in black as a gift for my mother in law. As soon as she opened it, I fell in love and bought one for myself in chestnut. I have a trip in two weeks and can’t wait to use it!

Bought myself the commuter backpack love the feel of it and the space. It is large and holds alot. If you’re looking for a bag for convenience (grab and have everything plus the kitchen sink this is the bag.
Will be adding more products to my closet.

Poppy and peonies has broken the mold on backpacks. It is classy, functional, and soft as butter i will be purchasing another backpack for fall 🍁.

Love, love, love this backpack! I needed something professional, pretty and practical. The Commuter Backpack checked all the boxes.the color is gorgeous, the vegan leather is supple and soft, and the quality is excellent. I can't recommend this bag highly enough!

Really frustrated because a zipper and one of the leather tabs have already broken, and I bought less than two months ago. I really loved the bag, but it's not durable and also the thread on the top strap is frayed. Was it made cheaply? Not sure, but rly disappointed.

This is the greatest backpack!! It’s gorgeous and roomy. The hardware is elegant and it goes from day to night seamlessly. The P&P customer service team is absolutely wonderful as my beautiful backpack had an imperfection upon opening and they sent me a replacement immediately. I can’t wait to travel the world with this bag!

I absolutely love my backpack! It’s the perfect size and its compartments are well positioned (ie water bottle). I love the color and the way it feels on my shoulders/back. Great buy!

It’s quite literally perfect. The only thing I’d love to see is a secondary zipper on the front pocket, like the large compartment has. It would make it easier to access items quickly.

I absolutely love the mini back pack..small in size compared to a large back pack …but there are so many compartments and so much room inside! My grandchildren always know that I have enough room for treats lol. I may have to get another one in a different Color!

I love the bags style and functionality but was super disappointed in the camel colour. The photos on the website had more of light brown tinge to them but the bag is shockingly more yellow than I ever expected. My friend has a camel coloured bag from Poppy and Peonies and it was not this colour.

I really liked this bag , I recently used it at a concert at the Budweiser stage and had no problem with the size . It had all the room I needed for a jacket , water bottle , wallet , phone , etc…
