I received my purse for Mother’s Day. Soon after the stitching came loose. Poppy and Peonies customer service is amazing. They responded quick. And rectified the issue right away. Bag falling apart

I have a few bags from this company, and this is the first bag I’ve purchased that is falling apart and come across as cheap. The stitching is coming undone, and the lining on the handles are melting, not a fan. Really let down.
