I have bought the Commuter Backpack in March 2023. Not even a year of use (on top of that I use it only twice a week!) the zipper has splitted twice and unfortunatly Poppy and Peonies can't do anything because it's been more than 90 days. I've never paid that much for a bag and honeslty the quality is very poor. Very disappointed about the quality as my 'cheaper' bags are all of better quality.

Bag is wonderful and comfortable to wear. Wasn't fussy that it is slightly 2 toned. The front pocket is an off beige color. Would have gotten brown I think as a prefer one color

Bag is cute - smaller than I was hoping for once a laptop is in it. It bothers me that the fromt pocket looks like a different colour - likely because of the texture difference. Ive only used it twice (light use at that) and itbis already peeling at the top of one of the water bottle pockets. Really disappointed given ghe price.

Too Many Flapping Straps! But I Love the the bag!

This is a great bag and I use it for work. The only thing is I wish that the backpack straps were removable. I'm short so I have them set to the smallest option and they are flapping everywhere on the bottom. Also, the buckles to clip the purse strap is a little too low to the side pockets. When I place my Yeti water bottles in the side pockets, the buckles are legit in the way. If they could be a little higher. And I wish the straps were made of a little more durable material and not the vegan leather. So basically the bag is wonderful but just the straps!!!
