I have bought the Commuter Backpack in March 2023. Not even a year of use (on top of that I use it only twice a week!) the zipper has splitted twice and unfortunatly Poppy and Peonies can't do anything because it's been more than 90 days. I've never paid that much for a bag and honeslty the quality is very poor. Very disappointed about the quality as my 'cheaper' bags are all of better quality.

I love this bag!

I love this bag! A friend had one and I loved hers so much that I ordered one for myself. I have used it to travel and for everyday as well. So, so cute and perfectly functional!!

Its so pretty. The only problem is that the front pouch is a different color than the rest of the bag! But all in all is really nice!

Cute, but not big

As a teacher, I was hoping this backpack would be big enough for all “the things,” so I could have a bag that was more “ergonomic” rather than having another shoulder bag that dragged down one side of my body. Sadly, it’s just a very rigid shape. The divider in the middle also eliminates extra space. Very cute bag, I want to love it, but it doesn’t suit my purpose.

Loving it so far!

I have had my backpack for about a month now. It’s exactly what I wanted it to be. Roomy, organized, pretty and durable. I have read reviews about it not lasting long-term, but so far I am very satisfied.
