Love, love, love!

Love, love, love this backpack! I needed something professional, pretty and practical. The Commuter Backpack checked all the boxes.the color is gorgeous, the vegan leather is supple and soft, and the quality is excellent. I can't recommend this bag highly enough!

Really frustrated because a zipper and one of the leather tabs have already broken

Really frustrated because a zipper and one of the leather tabs have already broken, and I bought less than two months ago. I really loved the bag, but it's not durable and also the thread on the top strap is frayed. Was it made cheaply? Not sure, but rly disappointed.

This is the greatest backpack!! It’s gorgeous and roomy. The hardware is elegant and it goes from day to night seamlessly. The P&P customer service team is absolutely wonderful as my beautiful backpack had an imperfection upon opening and they sent me a replacement immediately. I can’t wait to travel the world with this bag!
