I want to love this just a little more than I do

I want to love this just a little more than I do. I use this to tote my laptop and files from multiple teaching locations. The material is soft and high quality. It’s stylish and full of great pockets. That said, one feature I was excited about was the internal large cup compartment. When I use it, it keeps me from being able to also stow a binder or work folders, as the laptop pocket is a little narrow. I wish the laptop compartment was like half and inch deeper in capacity. However, my 17 inch laptop does fit! I find the backpack straps curiously long. I am tall (5-9), and even on shorter settings, the bag rides pretty low. I would imagine if you were shorter, proper fit to offload weight off your lower back would be tricky.The longish straps also result in a lot of floppy excess hanging from the buckle. In hindsight, I wish I would have ordered the Lullaby Diaper Laptop bag for comparison.

Tab was falling off but the Company replaced it Free of charge

I want to give it a 5 as its very functional and I love it. Unfortunately, i had some quality issues (tag and badge) with both the bags I was sent (batch issue?), but they offered an full refund or a completely different bag which I took them up on. Opted for the Nomad but I still love and can use the Commuter Bag. I donated the other one to someone in need.
Great company and my issues have not put me off buying more. Excellent customer service and thanks so much.
