Spacious, stylish and functional, but quite tall

Great replacement for my old work bag. Lots of space and organizational features. The expandable zipper even allowed me to use it for an overnight work trip and have everything in as a carry on bag. So far the quality has been great, the zippers are sturdy and work well.
The only downside is that it is quite a tall backpack and even with the straps adjusted as short as possible, it doesn’t sit high enough on my back so it awkwardly rests on (slightly below) my pelvic bone in the back (I am 5’9” with a medium to long torso). I am going to try and punch an extra hole in the straps, to see if I can get it to sit higher up, but that will only give me about an inch more to work with. I probably didn’t pay close enough attention when I purchased to the measurements, but if you have a shorter torso this is not the bag for you.

New backpack is soooo incredible!

I recently hurt my shoulder so I needed to find a backpack for taking my work items and lunch in every day to work. Plus I wanted it to be big enough for an airplane carryon with great pockets etc.
I seriously love this backpack! Great compartments, great pockets. So much space for everything. And I carry a lot with me.
