I have literally been searching for three years for the perfect sling/**** pack bag. I finally found it in the Poppies and Peonies Sidekick bag. With so many colours to choose from the berry called out to me. It is the PERFECT bag for me. Room for my phone, my wallet, my hair brush, my lipgloss and even my sunglasses!!!! I was so excited to receive this. When I opened the bag, the zipper was all wavy and wouldn't flatten / straighten out even after a quick steaming. I returned it immediately and even sent a photo to customer service but haven't heard back regarding my refund. Really unfortunate, I was looking forward to this.

I love this bag! I bought it because obviously it’s cute, but also super versatile. I used it on a trio and kept my wallet and phone extra safe in the outside back pocket. It’s great because the zipperis covered by your chest/waist (depending on how you wear it) so no worries about it snagging on anything or anyone else getting into my things! Also, I wanted to note it also looks super cute and normal just as a purse on your shoulder. I feel like other **** packs just sit weird if you try and hold it on your shoulder like a purse, but the way the strap is set up, it works really well!! Wore this for a casual trip and a wedding, and now wearing it every day!

Great Travel Bag

I just took this bag on an international trip and it was the perfect bag! The zippers and pockets are wonderful. Also the amount of space you have inside the bag without it being super huge looking in size is awesome. I would recommend this bag to anyone that has a trip coming up.

Although I usually would opt for a bigger purse, this smaller purse is perfect for not wanting to carry too much and holds all the necessities! I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to size down!

Awesome bag

The bag is exactly the size and style I was looking for. The colour, hardware and functionality is top notch. Two things I would mention though, I wish there wasn’t a button snap on the back of the bag. Instead, I wish they just kept it open without a button. Also, the extra strap after it is buckled and adjusted, is really long. After tucking it into the loop, there’s still so much that hangs and curls because it’s too long.

Beautiful functional bag

I love this bag the only thing I wish it had was a few more pockets so I can put my AirPods, lipgloss in instead of just throwing it in the bottom but still not a deal breaker. I did have an issue with the first bag I received as the stitches fell out but contacted support and they were beyond fantastic and helpful and replaced it no problem. I will be ordering more 100%

Absolutely love it!

I needed a crossover bag for my trip to Europe this summer. This is the perfect bag! It has enough space to hold my necessities like my wallet, sunglasses, makeup and more. Plus, it will keep my belongings safe from pickpocketers. I’m already thinking of purchasing another sidekick in camel. I absolutely love this bag!

Fat proof!

This bag is amazing! Everything you need fits in the bag and this bag is fat proof! I always struggle to find a nice/cute crossbody bag but the strap is always to short. Not with this bag because of the extender! You really deserve a big big compliment for this idea and this really nice that the extender is free. You really include everybody with this, I am a big fan!

The bag is lovely I wanted one for a longtime however mine came with lose strings on the strap. Not very appealing for the price.

I am not at all happy with the purchase of the Margaux wallet.
It is bulky. The magnet doesn’t close.
I thought it would be slimmer.
The size is perfect but it is too bulky.
I wanted a small wallet to minimize space in my purse. It didn’t work well.
I will never buy from Poopy & Peonies again.

Perfect for Travel

I wanted a nice looking 'belt bag' for travel to conference. It needed to have an outside zipper pocket for my phone (check), be big enough to fit all of my stuff including a sunglasses case (check), yet be small enough to stuff into a backpack before boarding a plane when consolidating to only have two carry-ons (check) because I don't travel light.

I really love the large vegan leather Sidekick in black! It holds just enough of what I need on a daily basis. The outside zippered pocket holds my phone & house keys. The inside back zip pocket holds all those little things like my pen, lipgloss, tissues, gum etc. I have 2 small wallet s which fit easily in the open space along with my check book, my sunglasses, and my foldable tote bag for shopping. I want to pick up another in a spring/summer colour!

Wonderful bag and perfect for my needs!

I needed a compact classy black bag that could fit my various essentials but not look too bulky and this bag is PERFECT for just that. The top flap pocket is perfect for containing all my cosmetics (lip gloss/sunscreen/hand cream) and the main compartment comfortably fits my card holder, keys, phone and a small pill case with more essentials. The back pocket fits my kindle snuggly. I think this bag would be 100% perfect for my uses if it was a 1/2” wider as reaching to the bottom can be tricky when my kindle is in the back making it rigid, and if the built in card holder wasn’t there as it often gets caught on things as I’m packing. The only issue I’ve had has been that I’ve used it constantly for 3 weeks have have some loose threads coming out I’m afraid to trim, so I’m worried about longevity

Mini Downtown Black

A fabulous purse which is great for everyday use or for travel. I bought this purse as I do a lot of travelling. I like that it has zippers and not just a button closure. This is an asset when travelling. You will not be disappointed.

I love the mini however I find it heavy. I have neck and back problems so I don’t think I can use it. I will see if my daughter would like it. I do love the sidekick though!

So far I love it! I love the multiple pockets to keep things seperated. It looks great as a cross body bag as well as a belt bag. It looks great dressed up as well as casual. Its a great over all bag. We will see how the buckle and zippers hold up over time.
