    It’s the perfect bag

    It’s a perfect bag for a date or afternoon somewhere, it’s the perfect size for me and fits all I need, I especially love the front zipper pocket, and the back pocket holds more than I originally anticipated. It’s great quality and I love the color

    Cute and mostly functional!

    I love this bag! It's not too bulky and fits my day to day items perfectly. I like the idea of the card slots however I can't tell what's what when I'm at the cash register. If they were inside the flap and it unzipped to show them all I'd buy this purse in all the colours!!

    This is my first bag and I'm very happy with the quality. Can't wait to try more styles!! 💕

    Great purse and customer service

    I really like the look and versatility of this purse. I also have to rave about the customer service. The first bag I was sent had a few defects - the stitching was off centre so it created a hole in the lining, there was a black mark in the lining, and the strap clasp broke on its first use. Fortunately, I have other Poppy and Peonies bag so I knew this was not their standard quality. I contacted customer service about the issues, and they immediately offered to exchange bags or send a new strap. I chose to exchange, as I was worried this particular bag was a lemon and my develop other problems. They shipped out a new bag right away, and emailed me a return label for the original bag and set up a courier to pick it up at my door. The whole process was very efficient, and the replacement bag is perfect!
