Beautiful but….

Was very disappointed. I purchased the bag right before your Black Friday sale (unfort) and it hadnt shipped before the sale started due to a postal strike in Canada. So a lady reached out to me asking for another address besides a PO Box #, so I gave her one (a friends business location I had to ask permission to do). As it was quite delayed at this point in getting shipped from when I purchased it, the sale was well underway at this point. I casually asked her if I could get credit for the sale price since it had not shipped yet amd I just barely missed the sale as is. Not only did I not receive the sale price, she didn’t even write me back to say yay or nay. Very disappointed in this-service and how I narrowly missed out on a $35 savings!!!! At least write me back at the very least and say no!

I love this bag! It’s the most beautiful color

I love this bag! It’s the most beautiful color, a super chic design, pockets for everything and so versatile I use it everyday. It feels like my little bag of tricks, cause I can have so much stuff in it to get me from drop off, to the office, pickup, soccer practice and then out and about on the weekends. Whatever I need, it’s in the bag!!
