So Happy With My Purchase!

I had just started a new job where I have a work laptop and needed to bring it home with me, just in case I needed to work from home. But I had never had a laptop, or a laptop bag before. Another girl who started the same day as me, and my new manager BOTH recommended Poppy & Peonies. I was given a demonstration of all the Go-Getter Tote features and I was sold! When my package arrived I was even MORE impressed…the design was so well thought out with pockets for everything I needed. ( Even a sleeve for my coffee travel mug with a place for the handle the fit through…WHAT?!?) What is great about this bag is that the laptop pocket is removable, so when I have to bring my laptop to a meeting or somewhere in the hospital for an orientation, it just pops out and has a protective case! Genius! But what REALLY impressed me was that this product arrived in eco-friendly packaging (compostable materials and a reusable cloth bag), it was completely vegan leather (backed by PETA), a Canadian company, and a company founded by women! How many check boxes ✅ can you have?! I use this bag everyday and absolutely love it! I love it so much that I recently purchased a tote for my best friend and my daughter who is in university (as well as the “I see you” cosmetics bags for Christmas! Shhh don’t tell them 😉) Honestly I haven’t felt this good about making a purchase for myself in a long time. I will be spreading the word and sharing my excitement with everyone I know. It feels good to promote a company that is authentically doing things right. Kudos!

Beautiful bag, but not as spacious as advertised

I love the tote — it’s beautiful, well-made, and feels premium. However, I was disappointed to realize it doesn’t actually fit a 16-inch laptop and other items comfortably. The description and ads show it holding a laptop, two cups, and more, but in reality, once my 16-inch laptop is inside, even one cup barely fits. When I rewatched the ads, I noticed they’re using a tiny laptop but the bag is advertised to fit up to a 16´´ one. I was really looking forward to all of the advertised functionality so I do feel deceived.
