Typically, I support local businesses. Your marketing campaign is excellent and was one of the main reasons for ordering this bag. The bag had all the wish list items and so, despite the backlog, I placed my name on the wait list and in time, when it became available, I successfully ordered it. The item was delivered in great packaging, complete with its own dust bag….it was off to a great start. Then, the great disappointment. The bag was of poor quality, the vegan leather stank of toxicity, loose threads in the liner (not so much a big issue as I could cut them off) but the uneven sides stitched (that holds the strap)….absolutely not! I looked at others’ reviews whereby some had commented on the same issues. In summary, I just wanted to return it. So if the marketing was great, the concept was good, why was it so bad? In short, your quality control. Fundamentally that is what let you down. So much so, that Customer Service (as outlined in others’ feedback) offered the standard 15% off and their kind suggestion to cut loose threads. I was reimbursed and so, based on my email and feedback I’m slightly confused as to why you’d ask me formally to leave any feedback.

Love it so functional

This powerhouse is surprisingly roomie and I love that I don't have to carry an 'extra' wallet. Big enough for all the essentials including a larger size iPhone and small enough to drop in a tote bag if you need to bring other things along on a day out. Sleek and stylish - wear it with jeans to the park or a dress to brunch. Excited to see this style in more colors!

I was looking for something that was practical with a growing family without having to switch my bag between work and days at the arena/ball field. This bag works so well for both situations. Absolutely love it!!
