I absolutely love this bag! It holds all the things I need without being too big. the color is true to how it appears online and the quality is great!!!

Practical and wonderful color
I ordered my first purchase from Poppy & Peonies and was super excited to receive. It felt like it took a long time to arrive and when it did, there was stitching coming out of the bag handle so I reached out to ask for a new one. While there were quick to respond, this meant I needed to send the bag back and again wait for my new one (this was a summer color so time was of the essence). As a small gesture to recognize the delay I would be experiencing due to poor quality assurance, I asked if they would be prepared to waive shipping on another purchase as they had their big sale on and I wanted to get something else but wouldn't be spending the minimum. I was surprised to see that they ignored this portion of the email exchange twice. While I love the bag, I was disappointed they wouldn't consider this small gesture as I looked to spend more money with them. This made me think again about buying from them.
I received my order with a defect, it is missing the section for the cards inside. I wrote to the company upon receipt and I never received a response. On the other hand, I love the size and the wearer, it is sporty and chic at the same time. The color disappointed me a little despite my research to view several photos of the color.
