Jennifer (Camden, US) I love the Downtown crossbody. I have it in 3 colors, use it everyday. I just wish the strap was a little thicker. The 1st one wore out so I bought this replacement.
What if you guys made interchangeable straps... maybe 2 or 3 different sizes or thicknesses.
I noticed the mini Downtown which I also have, the strap is thicker, but the bag is smaller? My colors didn't match or I would have just used that one.
