Typically, I support local businesses. Your marketing campaign is excellent and was one of the main reasons for ordering this bag. The bag had all the wish list items and so, despite the backlog, I placed my name on the wait list and in time, when it became available, I successfully ordered it. The item was delivered in great packaging, complete with its own dust bag….it was off to a great start. Then, the great disappointment. The bag was of poor quality, the vegan leather stank of toxicity, loose threads in the liner (not so much a big issue as I could cut them off) but the uneven sides stitched (that holds the strap)….absolutely not! I looked at others’ reviews whereby some had commented on the same issues. In summary, I just wanted to return it. So if the marketing was great, the concept was good, why was it so bad? In short, your quality control. Fundamentally that is what let you down. So much so, that Customer Service (as outlined in others’ feedback) offered the standard 15% off and their kind suggestion to cut loose threads. I was reimbursed and so, based on my email and feedback I’m slightly confused as to why you’d ask me formally to leave any feedback.

Love the efficient use of organized space in this purse. I can put alot inside and find the section with credit card slots and change purse so handy. Have two of these purses and love the small size.

The 24/7 black crossbody bag was a birthday gift for my niece, along with a Poppy and Peonies black cosmetic case. They look nice and appear to be well made, so time will tell. The bag itself seems very versatile with lots of compartments. She said she loved them.

Great, one small issue. Zipper sticks a bit. Thought it would go away. It has not and I’m used to it
Purse great for size, organizer, and so on.

The purse is just the right size and weight for my back and shoulders problems. My purchase before that one the zipper broke was not happy but very happy with this purchase thank you
