My son isn't here yet, but I already have the bag packed to be our hospital bag when the time comes in about a month and a half. The bag has so many great features, pockets, and organization. I have several other Poppy & Peonies bags that I use a lot, so I'm not worried about how it'll hold up. It's great quality. :)

Great Bag

This bag is really great. Lots of storage and compartments to organize babies things. The bag is stylish and versatile enough to extend beyond the years of diapers and bottles. I’m excited to see how this diaper bag holds up as my baby grows and we use it. The only small adjustments I would make to make this bag perfect is the zipper and the bottle bag accessory. The zipper while great quality has large teeth that sometimes can make it challenging to open and close compartments. Especially as a mom with three kids I’m constantly having to go into the bag for snacks or wipes and often times with one hand while I juggle baby in the other and opening the bag with one hand and closing it again is almost nearly impossible. The bottle bag is insulated, which is great for short periods of time however, I use a wider style of bottle and can only easily fit one bottle and no ice pack. I would have to bring a larger bottle bag that can hold an ice pack if we were going out for longer than a couple of hours or my baby was smaller and needed multiple bottles for a short period of time. This bag that could easily fit a browns bottle comfortably. But my bottles it does not which isn’t a huge deal because it is kind of a bonus and you can use the insulated pockets on the side, but I like to use those for my older kids water bottles or my own water bottle.

This bag was shipped out very quickly and I received it in a very timely manner (in Southern Ontario). When I saw an issue with my bag, the customer service team responded quickly and provided two appropriate options to rectify the situation.
