I have returned my duplicate order. I love my new product but will be hesitant to order again.
The website functions roughly/intermittently through social media where I found you. Due to the random reliability of the site while ordering, a duplicate order was placed by mistake.
It was unclear whether the order I was trying to place went through and pieces kept disappearing from the cart which made ordering frustrating and difficult. I persisted because your product looked great and it is!
When I received two identical items ordered I wasn’t alarmed and figured I would just return the duplicate items. I was shocked to realized the shipping and taxes were on me. A whopping $75.00. Wow.
I’m wondering if a cheaper rate could have been achieved by using shipping rates afforded through your company rather than paying USPS standard rates. Possibly a shipping label at a better rate could have been sent with the amount deducted from the return refund.
I’m super bummed about this incredibly high cost I paid today to return the second backpack and thought I should give you the courtesy of my impression as a client.

PS I hate the current administration in the US and have been a long term Canadian admirer. I thought I should make this clear so as not to discount my feedback.
