I am a forever fan of their products purchasing for years and thankful their customer service team is top notch. Love my bag so much.
I have a few bags from this company, and this is the first bag I’ve purchased that is falling apart and come across as cheap. The stitching is coming undone, and the lining on the handles are melting, not a fan. Really let down.
The handles always flop in front of opening . It’s annoying.
