The bag that I viewed had a 30oz drink pocket on the inside. Same name of backpack...the Commuter. So I ordered it in the color I wanted and when it came and didn't have the pocket they told me that color didn't have the pocket. Therefore, I wanted to return it, because it's a company in Canada they do not offer free returns. When I took it to the post office, they told me it was $50 to return. I'm a teacher and needed a backpack quickly so I ordered the size up that actually had two pockets in it. I talked to the company about returning this one since i had already purchased another one from them and they said that I had to pay for it on my own even though it was $50. The backpack is nice, but the Customer Service was awful! So sad because I really like their products but I won't be ordering again.
Bought this as a carry on for travelling, but I like it so much I use it for my work bag. . Have used it a few times for travelling and it was exactly what I needed. Lots of different pockets. Very good quality. Looks nice too! I love the colour. Also always great to support a Canadian company.
Love this backpack!!! Lots of pockets, big but not bulky, well made and beautiful craftsmanship! I only wish the extra back straps weren't so long. It was perfect for amazing vacation!
